Specifications include, but are not limited to: The fitness center is outfitted with a welcome desk, computer, and phone for the center attendant to utilize throughout their shifts. We expect the attendant(s) to navigate the daily operations at the center including: Provide new member orientations Instruct daily group fitness classes Create and maintain center usage reports and other associated data Provide fitness assessments and tailored workouts upon request Provide health coaching upon request Create communications internally to center members and externally on social media Create fitness challenges and other interactive programming for members Have a thorough understanding of other wellness programs provided by the City and serve as a referral source
