The University of Cincinnati seeks general Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional design services commencing during the period November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025. Qualified firms will be recorded on the University of Cincinnati’s list of prequalified professional service firms to provide services for projects that are not advertised through the “Opportunities” section of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) website. Firms will be evaluated for qualifications for specific disciplines and will be placed on the list of prequalified professionals by discipline. There is no guarantee that any firm on the University of Cincinnati’s list of prequalified professionals will be awarded a professional service contract as a result of the firm being included on the list.
