This listing represents typical requirements that the Concessionaire must provide, at its cost and expense, and is not meant to be totally detailed, comprehensive or all-inclusive of the obligations of the Concessionaire in providing equipment, furnishings, inventory or services necessary to adequately operate the Properties. The Department reserves the right of approval of the nature, quality, and the quantity of any equipment or furnishings to be supplied by the Concessionaire. OPERATIONAL AND EXPENDABLE ITEMS • Telephone system • Cleaning supplies – vacuums, scrubbers/polishers, soaps, detergents, mops, pails, toilet and facial tissues, sanitizers • Kitchen/dining areas – dishware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, trash cans, menus, cleaning chemicals. • Safety equipment to include US Coast Guard certified life jackets and flotation devices • Office equipment/supplies – desks, filing cabinets, calculators, cash registers, computers, forms, office supplies, bookshelves, office furnishings • Maintenance supplies –light bulbs, tools, ladders, painting equipment (brushes, rollers, etc.) • Tools – ladders, hand tools (wrenches, saws, hammers, etc.) drills • Licenses and permits • Retail merchandise • Phone, internet services • Rental boat supplies such as anchors, rope, fire extinguishers, safety equipment • Service vehicles OPERATIONAL REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE • Pest control treatment • Contracted cleaning services (excluding ventilation/exhaust duct cleaning) • Annual flowers for landscaping • Groundskeeping contracts • Security equipment or services, including alarm monitoring
