To cash-rent cropland located at the corner of State Route 771 and Lover’s Lane in Leesburg, Ohio, at the Leesburg Industrial Park, Fairfield Township. There is approximately 59 acres and the Board requires this be planted in either soybean or wheat with the option to plant double crop soybean. The successful bidder will be required, at their own expense, to mow all road frontages adjacent to the cropland, and, if crops are not planted, the successful bidder will be required, at their own expense, to mow the entire crop acreage. Mowing shall be done three times each year: prior to Memorial Day, prior to July Fourth, and prior to Labor Day. Mowing is necessary to keep the property attractive for prospective buyers.
