Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Offeror will travel to each location listed on the spreadsheet provided and perform a Firmware Update, Flash Upgrade and Programing to Motorola Radios located at local Health Departments and Hospitals throughout the State of Ohio. (Flash Upgrades will be provided by ODH); 4.2 While at each location, the offer will do a Preventative Maintenance Check and Alignment on each Motorola Radio while at local Health Departments and Hospitals throughout the State of Ohio. 4.3 Radios must be tested after services are completed and deemed functional. If a radio is found to be not operating upon arrival or is unable to be serviced, the awarded bidder cannot bill. This should be noted in the quarterly report as an “Inoperable radio” with an explanation of why it is not operating to standards.
