The primary objective of this RFI is to obtain information from potential sources regarding their ability to provide the City with an Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity platform. MSD maintains a Distributed Control System (DCS) over 10+ treatment facilities and are looking for an OT centric security solution that can consolidate all security and event metrics into a single source for monitoring. The City is requesting information about security platforms that can provide the following, at a minimum: a. Industrial Protocol Recognition (Modbus TCP, DNP3, CIP); b. IT Protocol Recognition; c. Agentless Data Acquisition; d. Integrate with Rockwell Industrial Systems; e. Ideally On-Prem Based; f. Security Event Management; g. Dashboard & reporting capabilities; h. Event Alarming Capabilities.
