Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Proposer will be required to provide the management services, equipment other than Shuttle Buses, and personnel necessary to efficiently operate the Parking Management Services on a 24-hour basis on a schedule necessary to service Airport passengers. Proposer must have ten (10) years of on-airport public parking experience at airports that have similar enplanements and gross receipts as the Airport and have on-airport parking experience for the last consecutive five (5) years. Proposer must also have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in operating on-airport shuttle bus services. Proposer must demonstrate an understanding of and ability to provide Ground Transportation Coordination services. Proposer must demonstrate that it has the financial capacity to operate the Facilities and provide the performance guarantee. Subject to the provisions of the attached Agreement, the selected Proposer shall be required to provide the following functions along with those outlined in the Agreement: • Parking fee collection services • PARCS troubleshooting and maintenance • Shuttle bus services • Ground Transportation Coordination o Monitoring and proper billing of Commercial Vehicles o Terminal Area curbside management o General passenger assistance • Customer services o Vehicle starting services (i.e.: jump starts) o Out of fuel services o Providing customer assistance to those who may have issues entering or exiting, locating their vehicle, or any other challenge • Maintenance of equipment, other than shuttles • Janitorial services in certain parking facilities • Snow and ice control coordination with City • Providing on-site uniformed, badged, and visibly identifiable personnel twentyfour (24) hours a day • Coordination of the towing/impound of illegally parked vehicles • Invoicing and collection of applicable Airport employee parking • Aircrew parking oversight
