Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Facility Management Provide for general event management including setting hours of operations, pricing and fees, staffing levels, general upkeep, and overseeing daily operations. Assist the City in developing and implementing a facility capital improvements plan over the contract period, with the City allocating necessary funds. Oversee the hiring, firing, management, and compensation of all event staff. Maintain complete and accurate financial records of all operations, open to approved City Officials for inspection upon reasonable prior notice. The chosen firm shall provide an annual budget, monthly financial statements, and quarterly and annual profit/loss statements to the City during the duration of the contract. Once per calendar year of the contract, the chosen firm, or their representative may be asked to give a presentation on the status of the facility’s operation at a meeting of the North Canton City Council.
