This RFP also does NOT pertain to: • ACA Reporting Services: COTA contracts with Assured Partners for preparation of Forms 1094/1095-C; • Wellness Programming: COTA contracts with RAMP Health. However, Anthem currently provides annual financial support for COTA’s wellness program. The successful respondent will provide similar financial support (see Rate Response Form); and • EAP Services: COTA contracts with Matrix for comprehensive EAP services • Stop Loss Reinsurance: Stop loss will be evaluated later in 2024. Anthem provides the Stop Loss insurance for the Medical/Rx benefits with these specifications: o $175,000 Specific Stop Loss Deductible o 12/24 (incurred) contract basis Although COTA contracts with Ascensus (formerly Chard Snyder) for COBRA and FSA Administration, COTA requests information on the respondent’s COBRA and FSA fees to determine if integration of those services with the successful Medical Claims Administrator may be more efficient
