Wastewater Testing and Field Sampling Requirements: Certify ability to initiate Wastewater Testing and Field Sampling through June of 2027 at all ODRC facilities. Coordination for annual drugs of abuse sampling at all ODRC facilities will begin upon the issuance of a fully executed agreement and future annual testing will occur during the month of March. Quarterly testing will occur at up to 8 ODRC facilities. The facilities will be identified by ODRC along with the date for sampling and will be communicated to the Contractor. Demonstrate adherence to Generally Accepted Practices for Analytical and Environmental Laboratories. Provide notification of necessary licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditations from NELAC and/or Ohio EPA. Indicate willingness to comply with State of Ohio Contract Terms and Conditions, as provided. Process Requirements Wastewater Testing Provide sample collection and analysis of the 39 samples collected during each sampling event. • 37 samples collected from the portable composite samplers provided to the ODRC facilities. • Manual 8-hour composite sample at NERC. • 1 sample collected from the SCI composite sampler. Provide notification to the owner with a chain of custody for each sample once the collected composite samples are received at the laboratory for analysis.
