Services within the contract may include, but are not limited to, the following: Consult with key members of ServeOhio staff to understand current commission communication and outreach efforts, formulate plan for project and determine end products; Develop AmeriCorps outreach and recruitment campaign which could include online, print, and earned media approaches; Provide strategies, guidance, and development of assets for social and traditional media, website content, editorial and outreach calendars, and specialized communication to targeted constituencies, including rural and under-resourced urban areas, to increase recruitment of AmeriCorps members in Ohio. All social media ad buys must be built into budget and ads must be set up and paid directly by selected consultant; Provide ongoing support in the implementation of outreach and recruitment campaign; including, but not limited to, content development, graphic design, print and web-based content support; Communicate regularly with designated ServeOhio staff and provide reports of progress on agreed-upon objectives.
