Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reviewing BWC’s current website design components and information architecture; Indicating which components on BWC’s current site would need to be changed to align with IOP component standards and allow for migration into the State tenant; As much of the existing BWC site appearance, structure, and page flow as possible should be retained. Changes should be focused on only those that would allow for BWC Site migration into State Enterprise Tenant; Present BWC with all options available to convert components to IOP standards including look and features of new components, effort needed to convert, and any impact to remaining content; Working with BWC site administrators and content authors / owners to execute the decided upon changes; Training agency site administrators and content authors / owners who will be responsible for editing and updating the website, and for creating new pages on the site; Executing organizational change management activities such as working with agency staff who add/and maintain content to adjust to the new solution and processes and recommendations for helping internal and external end users adjust to the differences; and Provide recommendations on site redesign that would incorporate information architecture review and best practices.
