Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will update the Breastfeeding in the Workplace train-the-trainer webinar series. • Vendor may edit and update the current three-part recording webinar series OR rerecord the trainings altogether. Vendor is responsible for completing webinar recording and/or editing. • Training content must be updated to be aligned with the changes to the Break Time for Nursing Mothers law due to the PUMP Act, the passage of the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act, and 2022 American Academy of Pediatrics breastfeeding recommendations. Updated examples of Ohio businesses and community outreach is preferred. Vendor must be well-versed in Ohio’s top industries and businesses. Vendor will update the “Ohio Workplace PLUS Toolkit”. • Toolkit content must be updated to be aligned with the changes to the Break Time for Nursing Mothers law due to the PUMP Act, the passage of the Pregnancy Workings Fairness Act, and 2022 American Academy of Pediatrics breastfeeding recommendations. • Updated examples of Ohio business and community outreach is preferred. Vendor must be well-versed in Ohio’s top industries and businesses. Vendor is responsible for Toolkit formatting and graphic design. Vendor will print and mail copies of the “Ohio Workplace PLUS Toolkit” to funded agencies participating in the Breastfeeding in the Workplace funding opportunity. • Vendor is responsible for printing and mailing Toolkits to the funded agencies. • Remaining Toolkits not sent to funded agencies will be mailed to ODH. Approximately 300 Toolkits must be printed. Vendor will conduct monthly virtual meetings with the ODH Program Manager. • Vendor is responsible for scheduling meetings, creating meeting agendas, and sending follow-up notes. Vendor will provide 25 hours of program/technical assistance via phone and/or email to agencies participating in the Breastfeeding in the Workplace funding opportunity each month. • Technical assistance includes but not is not limited to, providing updates on the federal law, sharing resources via email, holding team calls with the funded agencies, and working one-on-one with funded agencies to assist with funded agency business outreach and problem-solving. Vendor is responsible for tracking and documenting hours of technical assistance provided.
