The offeror shall provide guest rooms, meeting spaces, and catering services as described below for the Attorney General, Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy’s 2025 Law Enforcement Training Symposium (“LETS”) for three consecutive days (preferably starting on a Sunday, a Monday, or a Tuesday) sometime between September 13 and October 3, 2025. The event will host approximately five hundred to six hundred (500-600) attendees, including approximately 400 attendees for the LETS Awards Ceremony, approximately 250 attendees for the reception, and 100-200 attendees for the evening networking activities. The conference site should be recognized as a reliable venue for hosting conferences and have a verifiable record of hosting similar past events with similar audiences.
