The scope of work needed includes on-site visits for inspection and service. All bidders must be registered with and have an active status with the Ohio Secretary of State. The bidder must be authorized by Carlisle to perform maintenance and inspection services on EPDM roofs, as well as built-up Garland roofs. Detailed Scope of Services: 1) When a service request is submitted by City of Columbus staff, the Contractor will inspect the issue and provide a quote to complete the service. All work must be preapproved by the Maintenance Manager. Invoicing shall be done using the hourly rate from your quote. 2) Below is a list of roof specifications that may require service: Onsite at PAWP a. Modified bitumen roof, Garland White Knight Plus coated, No Ballast (granule), Board insulation. i. Two (2) roofs with Steel Decking; 1. 8,064 sq. ft. 2. 9,290 sq. ft. ii. Nine (9) roofs with concrete decking; 1. 576 sq. ft. 2. 893 sq. ft. 3. 1,272 sq. ft. 4. 2,289 sq. ft. 5. 3,622 sq. ft. 6. 3,744 sq. ft. 7. 6,960 sq. ft.
