1.1 The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is seeking a qualified company to provide printing services with various quantities and delivery types for a period of 12 months beginning August 1, 2024, and expiring July 31, 2025. 1.2 Specifications for various printing jobs, entitled “Exhibit A”, are enclosed within this request for bids. Print Jobs will include, but are not limited those items listed in Exhibit A. 1.3 The items listed in Exhibit A are representative samples of the items that COTA may procure during the life of the contract. The quantities listed in Exhibit A are examples of the quantities that may be needed per job requirement. 1.4 Proposers should provide pricing for all twelve (12) items listed in Exhibit A to allow for a proper evaluation. 1.5 Proposers are required to provide at least three (3) references for services provided to another organization that are similar in nature to this request. References will need to include the name of the organization for which print services are provided, company address, and contact information (email and phone number) for a point of contact. 1.6 For COTA provided artwork, proposers must be able to work with art created with but not limited to, the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite including Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. 1.7 Proposers must provide a detailed timeline to show the minimum amount of time required for a job with printed proofs provided for: • Timetable 1 o 15” x 9” – Four panel brochure folded o QTY – 5,000 o Full Color o Full Bleed o Stock: #80 matte text or Anthem #80 matte text (or an approved equal) o Rubber banded in quantities of 100 • Timetable 2 o 22.5” x 18” – Double six panel brochure o QTY – 5,000 o Full Color o Full Bleed o Stock: #80 matte text or Anthem #80 matte text (or an approved equal) o Rubber banded in quantities of 100
