The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking the services of a competent and professional private security company to supplement and provide support to the CMHA Police Department. The security company must be able to provide uniformed qualified armed and/or unarmed personnel as needed to undertake the surveillance of our premises and the protection of our residents and visitors. The selected vendor will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other unlawful or disruptive behavior. Security officers must be well trained in surveillance, de-escalation tactics, and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidates will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal of this engagement is to maintain excellent conditions for those residing in high-rise buildings.
