SWACO is seeking Proposals to contract with one or more electronic waste recyclers to achieve the goals of the Program. The proposed contract term with Successful Proposer(s) will be for three (3) years with two (2) additional one- (1)-year renewals. Vendors interested in providing these services can submit a Proposal to provide one, some, or all of the services identified in this RFP. 1. Services for recycling of E-Waste are listed below: a) Generated by SWACO in its operations as a government entity and by local Political Subdivisions (i.e., local cities, townships, etc.); b) Generated by residents within SWACO’s jurisdiction and collected at permanent drop-off locations hosted by SWACO or local Political Subdivisions (i.e., local cities, townships, etc.), and; c) Generated by residents within SWACO’s jurisdiction and collected at mobile collection events hosted by SWACO or local Political Subdivisions (i.e., local cities, townships, etc.). 2. Proposers may propose to provide one or more of the services requested in this RFP, which include: a) E-Waste Services for E-Waste generated at SWACO and Political Subdivision facilities; b) E-Waste Services for residential E-Waste collected at permanent residential drop-off locations hosted by SWACO (such as SWACO’s Recycling Convenience Center, a publicly available collection location) or Political Subdivisions; c) E-Waste Services for residential E-Waste collected by the Successful Proposer at residential mobile collection events sponsored by SWACO or Political Subdivisions
