The Ohio Department of Veterans Services seeks bids to place 15, 30, and 60 second public service announcements in all Ohio television markets to promote awareness of the Ohio Veterans Bonus program. The target audience is people who served on active duty in Afghanistan or anywhere else in the world between October 2001 and August 2021. We propose running the PSAs during May and June 2024. Bids will be scored on value, with emphasis on proposals that effectively reach target audience. Prepare. The Ohio Department of Veterans Services has TV spots that are already produced and ready to go. Radio spots would need a radio voice-over. Place. The Contractor shall identify and recommend broadcast and radio spots and negotiate the publication space, format, and costs within the Ohio market. The Contractor may also recommend additional digital or print mediums for the Ohio Department of Veterans Services consideration. Publish. The Contractor shall contract for and manage the publication of the notices in accordance with a schedule mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Ohio Department of Veterans Service
