Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall perform the following services: Pedestrian Area Snow Removal - Contractor will perform snow shoveling and/or plowing services on all walkways, disability ramps, and front entrances of the following buildings: Highland County Court House, Highland County Administration Building, and Walkway at the Highland County Beech Street Parking Lot. Service fees will be determined according to the application visit provided. Contractor will commence snow removal on these service areas when any amount of snow accumulation is troubling and considered unsafe to public. De-Icing Services - Contractor will apply Calcium Chloride or Magnesium Chloride materials only to concrete surfaces only on an as needed basis to ensure all services areas are safe and passable. No blended or rock salt mixes are permitted. Service fees will be determined according to the per hour rate provided.
