Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Task #1: Contract Management. Manage the contract, including the budget, staff resources, progress reports, and invoices. Hold regular meetings with ODOT staff to review progress on tasks. • Task #2: Website Design. Assist transit agencies with website design. This work could be redesigning existing websites or designing a completely new website. This work will entail reviewing existing websites, meeting with transit agencies (virtually), agreeing on needs and communication goals with the transit agencies, and designing websites. All new or redesigned websites must be 504 compliant. Some agencies may require assistance with other special topics including: dynamic/real time information on their fixed routes, incorporating fare payment onto their websites; and trip scheduling. Agencies are required to provide the necessary text, agency logo, and links.
