Specifications include, but are not limited to: Butler County is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to provide supportive services to Qualifying Populations in the County. A total of $429,651 will be available through the HOME-ARP Program as funding for these services. The services are meant to ensure that the needs of those experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness are met so that they can obtain and stay in affordable housing. Successful proposals will be provided with a conditional reservation letter, along with a list of any conditions to be met prior to commitment of funds. Upon meeting all conditions, the awarded organizations will enter into a written agreement with the County. The purpose of this Supportive Services RFP is to address and prevent homelessness in Butler County. Applicants must have a detailed services plan outlining how the population housed will receive services that will help them achieve and maintain stability and remain healthy and successfully housed. Eligible costs associated with approved HOME-ARP Supportive Services include: ▪ Child care ▪ Education services ▪ Employment assistance and job training ▪ Food ▪ Housing search and counseling services ▪ Legal services ▪ Life skills training
