Seeking supplies for a bouquet creating activity to be held at the Trauma Informed Awareness Week Mother’s Day event on May 17th, 2025 from 1PM to 3 PM at Columbus Public Health, 240 Parsons Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215. Contractor must provide a variety of floral spring tones – including 7 different flower stems with greenery fill for 60 bouquets. Stems must be rubber banded and put in buckets. All items are to be provided by the contractor. Participants of the event will then create their own bouquet. Contractor must deliver all supplies to Columbus Public Health on the day of the event between 11 AM and 12:30 PM. Contractor and NSS representatives will communicate prior to the event to discuss and finalize all supplies and logistics.
