Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sign Sizes Storybook Trail signs shall be manufactured in the following irregular shape sizes: 13 Quantity Standard Size 60” Wide x 18.9” High 1 Quantity Large Size 108” Wide x 34” High Sign Design File AI design file is attached to this invitation containing the exact shape, colors, and textures. Sign Substrate All signs manufactured for this invitation shall be made of High Density Urethane (HDU) foam, 2” minimum thickness, with 20lb density. Sign Backing All signs shall have a minimum 6 mm Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) backing glued and mechanically fastened to the HDU foam per manufacturer’s recommendations. The backing shall have a black finish and be shaped to match the final cut HDU material. All fasteners used to mechanically fasten the backing shall be made of stainless steel. Paint Black areas of signs are raised with colored sections recessed. All paint shall be exterior grade, satin finish in Pantone colors defined in AI file, twelve (12) separate color layers, eight (8) separate Pantone colors plus black with three (3) layers being screened tints defined in AI file. Texture The background texture shall be Woodgrain. Durability Vendor shall guarantee signs will not degrade in Ohio outdoor use for at least five (5) years. Order Process As Storybook Trails in locations around the State are identified, ODOT will place an order for the appropriately sized entrance sign to be manufactured and delivered to the address in Section 4 below Billing All work performed in conjunction with this contract shall be subject to the invoicing requirements contained herein. To ensure timely invoice processing, the vendor shall submit an original, proper invoice by standard mail or electronically to the designated point of contact identified in Section 4 below. To be a proper invoice, the invoice must include the following information: • Vendor name, address, and contact information • The ODOT purchase order number authorizing the delivery of products and/or services • Contract number pursuant to the deliverable • A description of what the Vendor delivered, including, as applicable, the time, serial number, unit price, quantity, and total price of the products and/or services Vendors shall not charge for any items outside of the contract including but not limited to shop supplies, driving time and per diem. The Department will not pay any additional charges for such items. Pricing Vendors shall submit pricing F.O.B. the locations provided, all in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions. Pricing shall be guaranteed firm for the contract duration
