Carpentry: BATHROOM #2: 4 LF Install new wood closet shelf (1" x 12") and clothes rod. Work shall include bracing and paint (prime and two coats). Between shower wall and exterior wall install shelves for storage. Each shelf is to be 10" X 24"; 3 LD Replace 2" x 4" x 8' interior partition wall/ 16" O.C. (framing only). Build wall to accommodate new shower. Match existing. ENTIRE STRUCTURE: 12 Ea; Replace interior ntry,passage door handle with lever-handled lockset. See comments. Replace all door knobs with lever handled knobs. Entry door knobs are to be keyed the same. Bathrooms,bedroom are to be locking door knobs. Others are to be Passage. BATHROOM #2: 4 LF Completely remove partition wall. Remove wall to make way for new shower.
