Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Oklahoma Housing and Food Services Department, hereafter referred to as “the University”, is seeking proposals for standardized and/or periodic pricing from Convenience Store/Retail Products Vendors for the supply of goods and services for XCETERA Convenience Store, located on the first floor of Walker Residence Hall, 1406 Asp Avenue, Norman OK 73019, ACRES Convenience Store/ Retail Products vendor located in Building C of Cross Housing, 116 4th St., Norman, OK 73072 and UNION MARKET Convenience Store/Retail Products Vendor located on the first floor of the Oklahoma Memorial Union at 900 Asp Avenue, Norman, OK 73019. Additional locations may be added by the University after coordinating the requirements with the Awarded Vendor’s Account Representative. Past purchases at these locations have totaled more than $1,300,000 annually. Vendor proposals do not have to be for all listed product groups. This RFP may result in the award of multiple Vendor agreements. The University reserves the right to utilize secondary Vendors for any of the product categories listed if determined to be in the best interest of the University
