Provide material and labor for full rewind, rebuild, and painting of the motor listed below. New parallel leads will need to be installed on the motor with each lead being 25’ long minimum or equivalent to the existing lead length. Cannon plugs will be connected to leads and shall be soldered as previous. Motor bearings shall be replaced. RTDs shall be of the same ohm and type (10ohm for motor windings). It will be the awarded vendor’s responsibility to provide transportation of the motor to and from the Grand River Energy Center. Grand River Energy Center will load and unload the motor while at the location Grand River Energy Center location. Unloading and loading at the awarded vendor’s location will be the responsibility of the awarded vendor. The motor shall be transported in the vertical position. Motor will be shipped with coupling flange hub and should be returned with such. Vendor shall provide as found report to GRDA representative upon start of rebuild.
