The goal of this solicitation is to secure a source to purchase a Replacement Rooftop HVAC Unit for the Water and Sewer Department of the City of Tulsa. The Bid must meet or exceed the following Specifications. Labor, Equipment and Materials for the Replacement of Rooftop HVAC Unit: Trane, A1, Y4C-1, 3-10 Ton R-410A PKGD Unitary Gas/Electric Unit, Model YHC048F4RYA**B0C1C1A200AA000000000000000. New unit will have: The same heating and cooling capacity as the original. Operate on the same voltage and same or less amperage. Both coils and refrigerant lines will be factory coated to resist corrosion by hydrogen sulfide gas. Medium heat, stainless steel heat exchanger, hail guards, and NO economizer. Existing electrical power, electrical disconnect, gas lines, and ductwork may be reused to the extent possible. Seller will be responsible for: All crane, lifting, and rigging for installation of new unit. Any ductwork, electrical, control wiring, or piping modifications to install new unit. The new unit will have a condensate drain pan with overflow switch. Roof curbs as needed, repairing any roof damage caused by this work. Installing and testing all safety devices such as duct smoke alarms. Properly sealing the new unit to existing duct work. Any permits required for the work. One year warranty on workmanship.
