This is a sources sought for Rip Rap / Stone / Rock for Julia Butler Hanson National Wildlife Refuge, Cathlamet, WA.
Julia Butler Hanson National Wildlife Refuge is an island with no road access. Delivery will have to be done via barge. Contractor is responsible for all equipment necessary to offload rock / rip rap.
Materials required are:
Class 700 RipRap
RipRap Backing Material
3" minus Aggregate Base Course Material
