1. Number of Units: o Develop between 10 to 30 townhouses. o Each townhouse should have 1 to 3 bedrooms. 2. Design Specifications: o No more than 10 townhouses can be connected together. o The design should be family-friendly and conducive to a community environment. 3. Affordability: o The cost of housing should be set at 80% of the AMI for Lane County, Oregon. 4. Sustainability: o Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials. o Aim for energy efficiency and low environmental impact. o The project needs to meet Lead Gold, Oregon Model for Sustainable Development 5.
