The City is seeking proposals to hire a Consultant in the area of aviation planning and research services for the Salem-Willamette Valley Airport. Since City, Federal and State requirements are modified continuously, it is important for the successful Proposer to have an understanding of those current rules and procedures. Services will be provided under a renewable annual contract with up to a maximum of four (4) additional one (1) year renewal periods. Under this Agreement, work will be assigned on a project-by-project basis. The actual services required vary from project-to-project and may be the result of an unanticipated situation. There are no predetermined, known project assignments at the time of this RFP
