Specifications include, but are not limited to: TASK 2 – DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW 2.1 Collect, Compile and Evaluate Existing Data The Consultant shall submit a Request for Information (RFI) for the data that will assist in the preparation of the sanitary sewer Belton Road step system capacity study to the City’s Project Manager. This will include, but not be limited to: a) Sanitary sewer system maps, as-built drawings, construction drawings b) GIS Base maps and sewer system files c) Pump Station Data d) O&M Records for leaks, repairs, and replacement e) Current operational and maintenance procedures f) Topography maps The Consultant shall coordinate with existing affected utilities. 2.2 Field Survey, Site Visit, and Investigation a) Consultant shall conduct field surveys to obtain information for all design calculations. The consultant shall conduct a surface survey of the site to gather information on the 2-inch step system including locations of all connected pumps and laterals.
