Hoodland Fire District is seeking Proposals from qualified construction firms interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Hoodland Fire District #74 New Main Fire Facility Project. The current Fire Station was built in 1966. Since then, it has been added on to, to keep up with District growth and the current lot cannot accommodate further additions. The new main station will include a community/training room, private sleeping quarters and toilet/showers, crew living quarters, administrative offices, and drive-thru apparatus bays. The work will include 60%, and 90% design review and cost estimates; coordination with District’s architect and engineer, Mackenzie, Inc. and Project Manager, Otak CPM; providing a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) at 90% design; and construction.
