Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking proposals to hire Consultants of Record (COR) to provide personal services on a continuing services basis. Services will be provided under renewable annual contracts with up to a maximum of four additional one-year renewal periods. Under these contracts, work will be assigned on a project-by-project basis. Additionally, these services may be used to provide technical expertise or capacity not possessed by the City staff as needed for various assignments. It is also expected that other City Departments will use these contracts on a limited basis as approved by the Contract Administrator. The Proposer will assist in development of communications or educational campaign planning, drafting and developing key messages and talking points, formatting messaging content for a variety of media (to include web and social, media releases, FAQ, print, and graphic design of elements for messaging material), connecting with key audiences, and providing engagement and outreach advice and counsel related to the City’s projects, programs, and communication planning. Additionally, the consultant may be asked to facilitate public information meetings for specific target groups or the general community.
