The City of Bend (City) invites Sealed Bids for construction of the Cooley and Talus Road Improvements, Phase 2. The Project consists of decommissioning the Juniper Ridge Lift Station and roadway surface improvements and removal of existing pressure sewer structures on NE 18th Steet from the Cooley Road roundabout to NE Talus Place, on NE Talus Place from NE 18th Street to NE Outcrop Lane, and onto NE Outcrop Lane north of NE Talus. The Work includes work zone traffic control, pump station decommissioning, construction survey, pressure sewer manhole removals, adjustments to manholes and boxes, roadway reconditioning, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work. The Engineer’s Estimate is between $634,230 and $810,405.
