In addition to the branding and products, Proposers must: a. Must not exceed the annual maximum budget per item as determined by Oregon GEAR UP. b. Have a website tool built for a store front to order custom logo school supplies. c. Allow Oregon State University to invite users to order from the website tool. d. Invoice Oregon State University for product purchased through the store front website tool. e. Ship product to multiple school locations within the state of Oregon, including but not limited to: • Bonanza, OR • Gilchrist, OR • Mapleton, OR • Rockaway Beach, OR • Prospect, OR • St. Helens, OR • Waldport, OR • Corvallis, OR Proposers should be able to provide: a. Deliver products within the schools requested window of time. b. Options for a prepackage of specific products without an extra fee that includes: • 1 Pencil Pouch • 2 #2 Pencils • 2 Pens • 1 Blue Highlighter • 1 Green Highlighter • 1 Pencil Sharpener • 1 Eraser • 1 Post it Note c. Service to work with OSU admin on order deadlines, order placement verification and approval, including: • Proposer to provide a copy of the submitted orders to OSU prior to fulfillment for order verification and approval.
