Specifications include, but are not limited to: As required, Consultant will: a. Proceed with minimal direction and supervision. b. Provide Project Management and coordination of permit applications. c. Utilize the City's Heron project management system (based one-Builder Enterprise) for all project communications, invoices, document management, deliverable transmittal and review processes, and project execution. d. Provide monthly status reports on budget, schedule and work completed for each task order when invoices are submitted through the Heron system. e. Independently coordinate with other City bureaus and permitting agencies. f. Gather all required data and information for permit applications and processes including, but not limited to, wetland and water surveys (e.g., wetland delineation reports, stream duration assessments, wetland functions and values assessments, and stream functions and values assessments tree surveys, and archaeological surveys.) g. Determine potential impact of project design on permitted resources and identify opportunities to reduce impacts or mitigation opportunities.
