Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Multnomah County Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) program is seeking Proposers from whom it may purchase Psychiatric services. Services are intended to assist young people ages 12 to 27 who reside in Multnomah County, who have experienced a first episode of psychosis within the last year or whose symptoms are consistent with psychosis risk syndrome, and whose symptoms are not caused by a medical condition or substance abuse. The Multnomah County EASA program was established in 2007 and has been offering psychiatric services for 14 years. The EASA team is a multi disciplinary team of professionals specifically trained in early psychosis work. Major service components include: Assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning by mental health professionals specifically trained in early psychosis work Outreach and engagement Education and support for individuals and families/primary support systems Crisis and relapse planning Peer support services Vocational and Educational services Case management Group, family and individual counseling Medication management Nursing services Occupational therapy
