Jackson County invites proposals from qualified parties to provide food and beverage concession services and provide non-motorized watercraft rentals (stand up paddle boards, kayaks). The concessionaire shall be familiar and comply with all State and local laws pertaining to the proposed business. Services shall be provided a minimum of five days per week, including weekends, and at least 8 hours per day between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend annually. A regular and consistent schedule will be required to meet the needs of the public and shall be approved by Jackson County. The area of operation is located at the concession building, which includes the food concession stand as shown in Exhibit E, and defined as the Concession Area Premises. Space will be provided for seasonal storage of watercraft if needed, including but not limited to a temporary storage container to be provided by the Proposer. County will provide electricity, water, sewer and phone service.
