1. Supply and install one (1) new Carrier 50FCQM09A2A5-0A0A0, 208/230-3-60 V, with the following specifications: ○ Single circuit cooling ○ Two stage cooling ○ Direct drive Eco blue medium static fan ○ Include Full economizer ○ Unit to be shipped with controls removed / stripped ○ Controls to be furnished separately by Clima-Tech ○ Coordination with Clima-Tech for specifications and integration requirements with Carrier equipment ○ 25kw electric heat backup 2. Site Preparation and Installation: ○ Obtain City Permit as needed ○ Pour concrete pad outside west side of building (approximately 8' x 10') ○ Engineer pad to meet permit requirements ○ Set and secure unit to concrete pad per engineering requirements ○ Cut holes in concrete as needed for supply and return, with proper sealing upon completion ○ Contractor to add secure fencing cage including top enclosure 3. Ductwork Requirements: ○ Run return to the high side wall inside and terminate ○ Run supply line from outside unit to the length of the indoor space ○ Indoor supply ductwork to be exposed spiral round ○ Outdoor ductwork to be 2" lined and weather tight
