The City of Eugene is requesting Letters of Interest from suppliers that provide a Service Management Platform that can: • Serve as a centralized Service Desk and Asset Management solution. • Provide robust reporting capabilities, including configurable dashboards, SLA monitoring, and customizable metrics. • Enable seamless CMDB integration with automated data synchronization from systems like Active Directory, SCCM, Intune and other third-party inventory tools. • Support automated hardware and software asset management workflows, lifecycle tracking, and vendor integrations. • Include a self-service portal for ticketing, requests, and knowledge base access, with customizable branding. • Align with ITIL standards and provide out-of-the-box ITSM workflows for incident, change, and problem management.
