Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Sole Source Justification pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 279B.075 and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 125-247-0275, the Oregon Department of Education finds Sole Source Contracting is necessary to efficiently acquire services for the following Student Investment Account (SIA) Intensive Coaching Program services: • High Desert Education Service District for one Community Steward; • Feicke Consulting Inc. for one Community Steward; • Education Northwest for two Teaching and Learning Stewards; • WEIWEIADEVENTURE (WWA), LLC. for one Leadership Steward; • E3 Leadership Development for one Leadership Steward; Authority for Agency to enter into a Sole Source Contract: OAR 125-246-0170(2)(c)(H).; The resulting contracts will initially have an estimated one year maximum not to exceed value of $67,000 with a total value for all terms not to exceed $150,000 and will be issued according to authority of OAR 125-247-0275 with reasonable effort made to ensure competition.
