Project consists of re-roofs for the Eagle Point, White City and Talent Branch libraries (JCLS). Base bid needs to be a lump sum of all branch libraries. Branch libraries will not be bid individually. Demolition: Provide labor and equipment for the removal and disposal of old composition roofing, membrane roofing, underlayment, flashings and additional items required for a proper roof replacement and dispose per industry standards, codes and regulations. Contractor is responsible for asbestos testing that may be required for material disposal. Jackson County does not know of the presence of any asbestos containing material within project scope. Keep work area clean and safe so public can still use the branch. Coordinate with Project Manager and JCLS on area closures Provide labor, equipment and materials to provide a complete re-roof for all 3 branch libraries. See specifications for materials and workmanship details contained in Exhibit A for Mechanically Fastened 60mil PVC membrane roof system attached with screws and plates. Provide and install all flashings for pipes, roof penetrations, and walls as necessary. o Manufactures are Versico, Carlisle or other only by approval of Project Manager. Color TBD. Install new ½ HD board under new membrane. See specifications for materials and workmanship details contained in Exhibit B for composition roofing system.
