County has identified a need for on call Grounds Maintenance - Landscaping services to be provided at the direction of County. Landscaping Services include but are not limited to: 2.4.1 Lawns – mowing to be performed once weekly and fertilized every 8-10 weeks. 2.4.2 Beds – pull weeds weekly, prune trees and shrubs annually. 2.4.3 Irrigation – Maintain irrigation system and check rain drains; clean as needed. 2.4.4 General Maintenance – Any job waste shall be removed at the time service is performed. 2.4.5 Time of Services – Services to be performed Sunday – Saturday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. 2.4.6 Pressure Washing – Annual pressure washing to be done once per year. 2.4.7 Tools, Equipment & Supplies to be furnished by the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide general landscaping and yard maintenance and additional services to provide a professionally maintained appearance as determined by County and would meet the minimum requirements detailed in the attached SAMPLE CONTRACT Statement of Work section. 2.4.8 Regular Monthly Landscaping Maintenance Marion County dumpsters are not to be used for the disposal of grass clippings or any other landscape waste or debris. 2.4.9 Additional Services From time to time, the County may request additional services to be performed at other Marion County locations as determined by County. Additional Services shall be requested in writing via email by the County at times mutually agreeable to both the County and the Contractor and shall be invoiced.
