Project Description This project includes all labor, materials and equipment required to install a new single ply membrane roof on the SOU Hannon Library building. The total roof area is approximately 43,000 square feet. Approximately 6,400 square feet of the roof (underneath an existing Photovoltaic array) was overlaid with a 60 mil DuroLast single ply membrane in 2019. This section of newer DuroLast membrane will remain in place. Bidders are required to field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to submitting a bid. Work scope incudes: • Remove and recycle the existing PVC membrane roofing • Install new 1/2” EPS “Fan-Fold” underlayment • Minor tapered insulation installation to correct drainage problems • install new 60 mil mechanically fastened PVC membrane roofing • Install new pre-finished metal parapet flashings or reuse existing copings (Contractor’s option) at all parapet walls • Furnish and install new walk pads • Miscellaneous related work as required for a complete, warranted installation • Provide a 20-year NDL manufacturer’s warranty All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
