Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Support Oregon SBDC Network leadership with professional knowledge and expertise that will enable an effective state-wide outreach and marketing strategy ● Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of the Oregon SBDC Network’s mission, goals, strategic objectives, programs and services ● In coordination with Oregon SBDC Network leadership, maintain an annual Oregon SBDC Network Marketing and Communications Plan with semi-monthly check-ins and annual success metrics ● Host monthly marketing team coordination meetings ● Manage Oregon SBDC Network’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube ● Manage Oregon SBDC Network’s Servicios en Espaňol Facebook and LinkedIn in coordination with program leadership ● Create content for channel-specific posts (copy, graphics, animations, and videos): 20-25 post per month ● Maintain a Content Calendar ● Respond to comments and reviews to increase engagement and grow following ● Source and promote key partner content on all social media channels ● Provide graphic design, copyright, copy editing and video editing services ● SEO monitoring of keywords, ranking, reporting, review, and strategy for Oregon SBDC Network content and website ● Produce 6-8 SEO-specific blogs per year with traffic routing and tracking strategies ● Using Oregon SBDC Network’s platform and distribution list, produce monthly email for external partners and stakeholders ● Support with production of print and digital collateral pieces as needed (printing costs billed separately) ● Create monthly marketing email to service centers ● Manage Google Drive for content sharing to service centers ● In coordination with center directors, curate success stories as needed and add to center landing pages ● Manage Oregon SBDC Marketing email communication and inbox
