This project consists of development of the site to produce adequate material, crushing aggregate, and leaving site suitable for future rock pit activity. Location is North Falls Quarry. Produce, haul, and stockpile aggregate in existing stockpile location on NFSR 1817420 at MP 1.14. Work required to produce aggregate includes; clearing and grubbing existing vegetation, stripping and wasting overburden material, drilling and blasting in-place rock, sifting and reducing material, use of 3 stage crusher to produce FP-14 FSSS 703 Grading-S, haul and stockpile of aggregate, and restore the site to a condition usable for future development

This project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District on the Willamette National Forest, Township 18 South, Range 2 East, Section 17, near Lowell, OR. From Eugene head south on Interstate 5, take exit 188 off I-5 to OR-58 toward Lowell, continue for approx. 13.1 miles, turn left onto S Pioneer St. for 2.0 miles, turn left onto N Shore Dr for 0.1 miles, turn right onto S Moss St for 0.8 miles, continue onto Jasper Lowell Rd for 1.0 miles, turn right onto Big Fall Creek Rd for 10.6 miles, turn left onto NFSR 1817000 for 3.4 miles, turn left onto NFSR 1817420 for 1.79 miles to the project site at North Falls Quarry.
