Specifications include, but are not limited to: Key Personnel Requirements A team of specialists will be needed to provide the services required by this ITB and contract (e.g., Forester, Archeologist, Fisheries and Wildlife Biologist, Botanist, Hydrologist, Writer/Editor, GIS Specialist, etc.). One specialist for each respective area must be on staff for the services identified in this ITB[HJT*O10]. Bidders must provide an organizational chart or list demonstrating their team includes all necessary specialists and for each specialist role describe how the Key Person meets or exceeds the minimum requirements listed below. Bidder must provide resumes for Key Persons, detailing their background, experience, education, accomplishments and expertise related to the specific work.
