1 Contractor arranges all permitting. 2 Remove and dispose of existing siding, trim and facia (approximately 220 ft), exterior doors, all exterior windows first and second floor. 3 Remove light and hose bib blocks. 4 Install new hose bib with block siding. 5 Install new exterior lights with block siding. 6 Install new exterior doors (2 standard, 2 glass, 1 double utility and 1 glass French front door) and hardware matching existing except main entry (see ADA requirement for main door hardware below), include all labor and materials needed for installation. New materials will be treated or painted to match existing. 316 Stainless steel flashing for all doors. Front main door to have power opening hardware for ADA access. (See Appendix B for original specifications for hardware, doors, and paint.) 7 Install 30# Hybrid Felt underlayment. 8 Install siding, trim, and facia to match existing, include all labor and materials needed for installation. (See Appendix B for original specifications). 9 Install new corner boards. 10 Install new black vinyl windows, with all labor and materials required for installation.
