The project consists of the construction of two-story Nursing Allied Health Professions Center on the Treasure Valley Community College campus in Ontario, Oregon. The building is type II-B construction, B occupancy and is 30,178 sq.ft. The new facility will house classrooms Interactive lab spaces, office suite for nursing instructors, student study areas, and lounge area. The scope of the project includes: Structure: consists of concrete foundations with steel structural frame, level 1 slab-ongrade floor, level 2 concrete filled steel deck floor and steel deck roof with concrete housekeeping pads at HVAC equipment. Envelope/ Interior: consists of exterior and interior metal stud walls, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, Fiberglass reinforced concrete panels, brick masonry, EIFS, ACM panels, and TPO roofing. Interior consists of flush wood doors, misc. interior finishes, door hardware and specialties. Systems: Includes fire protection, elevator, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications and security. Site work: Includes utilities, planting, parking lot re-striping, and side walks.
